Afternoon All,

Just a quick update in regard to events happening in coming weeks.

There will be no training at either base on Anzac Day 25th April 2023. Thank you to those umpires who have put their hand up
to umpire on Sat and doubled up again on Tuesday.

I will be on leave as of Thursday 26th April 2023 and returning on the 14th of May 2023. In my absence training sessions at the Albury base will be taken by Jason, Don, Rod, Riley, Nelson, Jenny and Mark with assistance from the senior group.

Training sessions at the Wangaratta base will be taken by David, Maison, Steve and Richard along with the senior group.
I encourage you all to get behind these guys and gal and give them your support.

In relation to appointments, they have been completed, and will be released as normal on Monday afternoon if you know you are unavailable, please let the coaches know in advance to keep the changes to a minimum.

The second combined session will be held at the Albury base on Thursday 27th April 2023 please get along and support these sessions as it is a great way to meet new and returning umpires and socialise in very relaxed surroundings.

Please take note of the date TUESDAY 2nd MAY 2023 is our monthly alternative training session at both bases being Cycle spin class. Great to see the numbers that attended our first session let’s get as many as we can to the next session.

Congratulations to Maison Ring who will umpire his 150th game on Saturday between Wang Rovers and Lavington
WELL, DONE MAISON hope there are plenty more to come.
