Just a reminder about female footy rules.

U14s:
- 1 bounce only
- No kicking off the ground

U17s:
- 2 Bounces

Open:
- Unlimited bounces

General Reminders:
- No DRB
- 25m penalties only
- 10m distance for marks
- When the ball is deemed out of bounds, a FK shall be awarded against the team who last kicked the ball. If in doubt, or the ball came off the hands or body of the player, the umpire shall call a ball up 10m inside the boundary line.
- No player may take possession at a RC.
- Please remember to use inclusive language whilst umpiring ie. “team” “everyone”
